THE SELF-STARTER ROADMAP

WHAT IS IT?

The Self-Starter Roadmap is the first program that takes your entire physiology, health history, and specific goals into account when giving both nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. The recommendations are also created with important behavior change psychology and sustainable habit formation in mind. This ensures you can finally follow through and get the results you deserve.

The one-month self-starter roadmap gives you

  1. A personal 1-on-1 coaching call (45 minutes)

  2. Evaluation of your health history and R.E.A.L. Assessment

  3. A focused and specific one-month plan (pdf deliverable with video) to start reaching your goals - weight loss, more energy, better mood, better habits, etc.

    • Specific tactics tailored to improve your assessment findings

    • Strategies and hacks for better sleep

    • Tactics to help you manage and overcome stress

    • Specific nutrition guidelines and/or plans to fuel your goals (meal plans, meal prep ideas, efficiency hacks, simple and effective recommendations, kitchen overhaul, etc.)

    • Movement recommendations for less pain and better performance in life

    • Tools to create a more positive mindset

  4. Education on what has been holding you back (until now)

  5. Realistic habits to breakthrough your weight-loss plateau and finally regain your energy and drive for life

  6. Knowledge about how to use a targeted supplement strategy (sometimes getting off a few supplements could be helpful)

  7. The confidence you have been searching for with a plan that you know was built specifically for you

  8. A free 15-minute follow-up call, just in case you have some questions after implementing the plan

 

HOW IT WORKS

This process involves a full evaluation using the latest in holistic health coaching and research in functional medicine. I will use these tools to determine your current state of health and develop a unique roadmap to achieve your goals.

STEP 1 CALL: Schedule your 15-minute Meet and Greet call with me (if you know we are a good fit you can start here)

  • After reviewing some basic questions, we can determine if we are a good fit

    • If we decide to move forward, you will pay and begin the process

    • If you are feeling unsure you can take my R.E.A.L. assessment and get your FREE personalized video outlining the number one reason your other plans have not worked

STEP 2 ASSESS: After payment, you will be given access to your Intake Form and take your R.E.A.L. Health Assessment

  • Before our roadmap call, I will review:

    • your medical history,

    • current diet and supplements,

    • and your R.E.A.L. Assessment

STEP 3 CREATE: Once your roadmap is done I will reach out to schedule your Self-Starter Call

  • I get to work putting together a personalized one-month protocol, tailored to your unique needs including nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle recommendations, as well as testing recommendations* (if necessary).

    • I will adjust my recommendations given any new information I gained from our call.

STEP 4 DELIVER: Within a week, you will be delivered a personalized document, tailored specifically to you, outlining all of my recommendations and instructions for moving forward with your health, based on the data and discussions we have had. This will also include a video explaining the document for you.

STEP 5 FOLLOW-UP: One week after our call, we connect again to answer any questions you have after reviewing your Self-Starter Roadmap.
