R.E.A.L. Health Coaching

R.E.A.L. Health Coaching WILL NOT:

  • restrict your food and tell you what you CANNOT EAT

  • hold you to an unrealistic expectation of perfection

  • give you a boring & repetitive meal plan

  • tell you exactly what to do, how to do it and when so that you never learn how to think for yourself

  • make you miss out on normal activities like date night, dinner with friends, or your favorite “treat”

  • tell you that certain foods are BAD while others are GOOD, they all have a place

  • give you a million things to do at one time, making you feel like a failure when you cannot get them all done

R.E.A.L. Health Coaching WILL:

  • help you take back control over food with a food-forward approach focusing on what you CAN EAT

  • teach you repeatable and personal strategies to manage your stress

  • build long-term habits to fall back on when times get tough so you never feel powerless again (meal planning, simple cooking, habit stacking, etc.)

  • give you a unique nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to improve your assessment findings

  • allow you to enjoy REAL life with friends and family while simultaneously pursuing your goals and becoming your best self (it should never be one or the other)

 

WHAT IS IT?

This coaching package is like six self-starter roadmaps in one. As your personal coach, I will evaluate your physiology, health history, and R.E.A.L. Assessment to craft a six-month plan to reach your specific goals. My recommendations are created with the latest in behavior change psychology and sustainable habit formation in mind. Unlike cookie-cutter programs or pre-generated advice, I will be there every step of the way to evaluate and adjust the plan as we go to ensure you stay accountable to the process and get the results you deserve.

what you get with 6-months of r.e.a.l. health coaching

  1. A personal 1-on-1 coaching call (45 minutes)

  2. Evaluation of your blood work, health history, and R.E.A.L. Assessment

  3. Continued blood work and functional lab testing

  4. A focused and specific six-month coaching program full of:

    • Tactics tailored to improve your assessment findings

    • Strategies and hacks for better sleep

    • Tactics to help you manage and overcome stress

    • Specific nutrition guidelines and/or plans to fuel your goals (meal plans, meal prep ideas, efficiency hacks, simple and effective recommendations, kitchen overhaul, etc.)

    • Personal movement programming for less pain and better performance in life

    • Tools to create a more positive mindset

  5. Bi-monthly 1-on-1 coaching calls (30-45 minutes)

  6. Monthly evaluations, check-ins, and program updates

  7. Knowledge about how to use a targeted supplement strategy (sometimes getting off a few supplements could be helpful)

  8. The confidence you have been searching for with a plan that you know was built specifically for you

HOW the r.e.a.l. 6-month process WORKS

Using the latest in holistic health coaching and research in functional medicine, I will fully evaluate your best starting point. These tools determine your current state of health and help me develop a unique 6-month R.E.A.L. Health Coaching Package for you.

STEP 1 APPLY: Start by scheduling your free 15-minute Meet and Greet call with me.

STEP 2 RE-ASSESS: After the call, if we both agree we are a good fit and decide to work together, you will be asked to pay your initial deposit of $597. After that, you will be invited to complete your Intake Form and take the R.E.A.L. Health Assessment. (this helps me determine pricing and specifics of your coaching process)

STEP 3 EVALUATE: I evaluate your results, and create the first-month of your 6-month R.E.A.L. Health Coaching Plan. Once your plan is complete, I will reach out to schedule your first R.E.A.L. Health Coaching Call.

Areas I evaluate:

  • your medical history,

  • previous/new lab testing* (if applicable),

  • current diet and supplements,

  • and your R.E.A.L. Assessment.

STEP 4 COACH: We will use our first call to determine the pricing structure for your 6-month process. Over the next 6 months, we will use the R.E.A.L. process to re-think, evaluate and adjust your plan to ensure you can live life while achieving your goals.

During this call we discuss:

  • Goals and Expectations

  • How the coaching process works

  • How to access additional coaching pdfs and videos

  • Our recurring 1-on-1 call schedule

  • What additional testing* might be necessary

Should you decide against the 6-month coaching package at this time, you will receive your first-month personalized plan, which I will review live for you.

*Important note, lab testing is not covered in your coaching price.


Investment: Variable. This depends on each unique case and the required resources to help you reach your goals. Each client is unique so no pricing structure is the same.
